Facilities

We have first class facilites at the yard including:

- Staff living on site.
- 130 acres of organic land.
- The stable block is an American style indoor barn with two double sliding doors for good through ventilation.
- All stables have rubber matting on floors and back walls, automatic drinkers and safety chains on doors.
- Soft music is played all day to relax horses and staff!

The block leads out onto a covered way for the farrier and then onto another block which contains the following facilities:

- Wash down bays with warm water.
- secure tack room and changing cubicle.
- heated coffee/tea room for clients and staff.
- wc.
- massage room. (equissage)
- monarch stocks/solarium.
- vet room.

Beyond this block is:

- the covered horsewalker.
- 60 x 30 Floodlit Charles Britton arena.
- a purpose built lungeing arena.
- Set of show jumps and fillers.
- There are safe off road rides around the farm connecting to local bridle paths

We also have a purpose built Broodmare barn with:

- Large airy stables.
- 10 foaling boxes.
- Rubber matting and automatic water.
- CCTV in foaling boxes.
- Mobile home in the barn for foaling attendants.
- Close by nursery paddocks for mares and foals.
